A Walk in the Woods: Rediscovering America on the Appalachian Trail

A Walk in the Woods - Bill Bryson This is the funniest book on the planet. Unlike my usual reviews I won't go into any details as I think one should go into this book as fresh as possible. I envy people who have yet to read Bryson's book -- this one in particular -- and think that anyone who finds his work unfunny is not going to be invited to my house for dinner.
